Centaurus Property Management is searching for 2 dynamic and experienced Leasing Consultants in Ft. Worth. Must possess strong sales skills with a good closing ration, administrative and organizational skills. 3+ years multi-family, HUD/Section 8 expereience and bilingual?preffered. Marketing & Training Assist in the design of the property marketing plans; promote the idea of reaching goals outlined in the plan.? Identify potential residents utilizing market and demographic data as well as industry knowledge. Assist the on-site staff in marketing all units, determining leasing problems and offer solutions to vacancies.? Inspect all market ready apartments prior to their being shown. Establish performance benchmarks (i.e. closing ratios, renewal ratios, lead generation, shopping report scores, guest card follow-up, etc.). Review weekly reports to monitor performance relative to established benchmarks, identify problem trends and to determine the appropriate marketing strategies needed to accomplish future leasing goals. Develop a New Hire Orientation program to include introduction to Company philosophies, and policies and procedures. Develop a training curriculum and supporting materials in the areas of Property Management, Leasing and Customer Service. Develop and maintain a training calendar including regularly scheduled ongoing training for all employees. Maintain a training database to monitor individual employees? completion of required training, Act as lead instructor for all courses.
